BREAKING NEWS:  RECREATIONAL THERAPY is being threatened.

Strive, its employees, therapists and those with disabilities especially ANYONE WHO HAD BEEN INJURED in auto accidents AND MANY MANY Michigan Based Businesses need your help!

We need for you to contact your legislature and urge them to vote NO on Senate Bills 293 & 294.  If Governor Snyder receives these bills, he will sign it and fundamentally change the basic nature of Michigan's auto no- fault system.  Changing of this no- fault system will majorly effect those with disabilities, making health care and medical needs even more difficult to access and pay for.  Therefore, those with disabilities will have a more difficult time getting the care they need to live an adequate and healthier life.  Please visit http://cpan.us/advocacy-activities.htm.

Senate Bill 293- PIP Cost shift & Senate Bill 294- Home Care & Fee Schedules.

If these bills are enacted, the consequences would be dire and would include, among other things, the following:  Increased Taxes, Increased Health INsurance Costs, A loss of jobs, Elimination of many business, Reduced access to medical care, Increased Litigation, Limited Insurance Coverage.  I've attached more information about auto- no-fault myths and value of PIP and the info on the bills on this email.

We are asking you to forward this email to others and please also help us fight by doing the following:

1.  Go to http://capwiz.com/biami/issues/bills to identify your representatives (Senate and House).

2.  Call AND/OR email both reps them urging them to vote NO on Senate bills 293 & 294.

3.  Request a meeting with them if you are able. We here at Strive would be happy to come with you if you set up your meeting to assist in the fight to keep our Auto No- Fault.
